cleaning services. These services are carried out by our vetted Partners. While we carefully select
our Partners and monitor their performance, we are not responsible for their direct actions or the
specific methods they use to clean your items.
- Quality Assurance: We are committed to ensuring our Partners maintain high standards. If you
have any concerns about the quality of service, please contact us immediately. We will investigate
the issue and work with our Partner to find a resolution, which may include re-cleaning the items
or providing a refund, as per our internal policies.
- Item Condition: You are responsible for accurately describing the items you are sending for
cleaning. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, color bleeding, shrinkage, or other issues that
may occur during the normal cleaning process, especially if the item’s care label instructions are
not followed.
Liability and Damages Disclaimer
- Lost or Damaged Items: In the rare event that an item is lost or damaged during the pickup,
cleaning, or delivery process, our liability is limited. We will handle such claims in accordance
with our partnership agreements with our Partners and Couriers. Our liability for any single lost or
damaged item will not exceed ₦5,000, unless a higher value for the item was declared and agreed
upon in writing before the service began.
- Delivery Disclaimer: Our Couriers are independent third-party service providers. While we take
every precaution to ensure timely and safe delivery, Smart Laundry Connect Laundry is not
responsible for delays or issues caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

- You will ensure your items are ready for pickup at the scheduled time.
